How we do it
Changing times have brought in new challenges by way of newer and different work cultures and ethos as well as need for newer kind of skillsets and talents.
We serve and fulfill the needs of both the recruiters as well as candidates. We find genuine vacancies for the candidates and bring in talented and fully verified candidates with appropriate skillsets and requisite talents to the recruiters.
For the uninitiated we do help both the recruiters and employers on one side and the available talent on the other side by training them appropriately to adopt to the latest.
For the purpose, we have strong multiple interactions with the talent hunters and recruiters to understand their placement needs and deeply discuss with them the need of the hour adaptability with the newer and necessary skillsets as well as the requisite talents. We also go ahead and train the recruiters in the current practices and adaptability involved.
Once we have the correct structure finalised, we set about sifting through our wide talent base to zero in on the near perfect candidates, and then wherever and whenever necessary, we have the concerned candidates undergo the training for acquisition of necessary fresh skillset.
Of course this requires the identification and recognition of the candidates and their inherent talents, which in fact is our core business.
Nothing comes free and we charge from both the recruiters and candidates extremely nominal amounts for registration, which also helps us to pin point their genuineness. Though initially, for some time our registration services were free and we had been only charging for the actual placement on selection basis, as well as for any specialised training that we may have to impart, which charges continue apart from the initial one-time registration charges.
We are always available to answer every query of both the candidates and the recruiters.
